    In the first place, without knowing the job details how a person gets an offer? by the way LCA number will never give a detailed description of nature of job.

    I got an offer from a company and having the LCA case number with me. Is there any way that I can find the job description using my LCA case number? or else anyone tell me how to find the job description?

    2. Rent a one way van in New York.
    3. Drive cross country with family and have fun. Meet all my friends on the way.
    4. Return the van in San Francisco, take one way ticket to India.

    Since I did my master's here. I think they filed my case under EB1...I need to re-check. If this is the case then how long does it take. Yes I'm an indian.

    I doubt if a Masters qualifies for EB1. But if you filed under EB1, then you should be able to file I485 immediately as that category is CURRENT. Check and confirm the category your employers filed and post your question again.

    Please dont gets your hopes too high. I am not saying this out of scepticism but out of the depression and pain I experienced on july 2 when the evil uscis said they will reject all 485 applications.

    I understand the good natured thought behind IV stating this possibility of "good news", but they should have held off on the announcement until it was confirmed. So many people are unnecessarily getting excited. god forbid if this news fails tommorow I can only imagine the pain the people would experience.

    I can only pray and I will pray without getting excited.

    Looks like you are in a rush .. You filed your labor in 2007 and expect to get a GC before a guy who is waiting in EB3 from 2002 0r 2003 ?

    There is nothing wrong in converting from EB3 to EB2 , if you are qualified . How long you are going to wait in EB3 ?

    I am a july 3 filer . I saw that there is on LUD with date of 11/25/2007 on my 140 which was approved on Jan 8,2007. My 485, EAD are still pending at NSC.

    Can you guys tell me what that LUD on my 140 means?

    I have a 4 yr degree + approx 7 yrs experience before joining current company in US.My labor required a bachelor+5 yr progressive experience and did not mention about Masters.

    140 filed under EB2.

    I recently received RFE .In one of the point the officer has mentioned that the classicfication requires advanced degree and has asked me to submit academic record for advanced degree in addition to transcript+credithours+attendence for bachelor degree.

    I have been thinking that bachelor+ 5 yrs experience is ok for EB2.But now i am confused.

    Pls throw in some light.

    I have an MBA from India....EB2...PD 2005 dec..I am not sure if i qualify under SKIL bill...I have completed my 3 yrs of exp in US..cud some one clarify this for me plz...
